Since the very first rehearsals Viktor, the new drummer, always kept his portative recorder turned on, and soon we got literally gigabytes of jams and improvisations, mostly played between actual songs just to keep us sharp. Some of them were rather cool and even if we wouldn’t use them as the future songs’ basis, we’d love to share them with you all. On the other hand, we are ready to book the studio to start recording our third LP, and this is a ton of money. Inspired by the likes from Swans to Eggnogg, we decided to upload some cuts for you on BandCamp, accompanied by the nice cover done by our long-time collaborator Yura. Also spot the tracklist, there are no actual song names, since these ones are NOT songs and we’re not going to play them on the shows.
Again, this is NOT the actual studio album, just a download-only collection serving as a fundraising weapon for our new full-length. We’re not much into the “just donate”-campaigns, ‘coz we understand people always need to get something for their bucks, so here’s the deal – for $5 only you’re getting the whole thing. And attention to those who donates $40 and more, get ready to find your names inside the future album’s booklet in the THANK YOU section!
So, here we go, “The Seeds, Vol. I” – yes, this implies there’s gonna be a sequel if the formula will work great for us. Even more, there could be a physical “The Seeds” release, a beautiful limited edition digipack with a T-shirt-badge-patch bundle – whatever you want, just please show us this actually works! Expect it online really soon, we really hope you’ll be as supportive as you’ve ever been! Much love, StJ
